Join us at Team Jak's Musical Pumpkin class where they will be getting the kids involved in singing and dancing and performing to the audience! This is suitable for 5-10 year olds.

There will be more fun activities throughout the weekend for the kids including:
Games, face painting and a bouncy castle will be on offer for all children courtesy of East Lothian Bouncy Castles!

The Liquid Academy will be holding a variety of masterclasses to teach you the art of drinks in Scotland. Masterclasses will be on:

11.00 - 12.00 - Classic flavour softails session 
Michael Cameron (Liquid Academy) will be taking the audience through some quick and simple soft ail serves that can be done at home. These are based on popular cocktails. In partnership with House of Broughton
 
12.30 - 13.30 - Flavour workshop 
A look at how flavours can be used to pair foods and drinks together. As part of this we will showcase the making of a simple syrup which can be replicated easily at home and how this technique can be used to shape your menus. Created and delivered by The Liquid Academy and Exec Chef Cuisine
 
14.30 - 15.30 - Advance softail mixology 
A comprehensive look at ways to make exciting and delicious mixed soft drinks using a whole host of ingredients. Created and presented by The Liquid Academy with support from Claytons Kola Tonic
 
16.00 - 16.30 - Top shelf sodas 
A quick look at some of the interesting bottled sodas available on the market just now and that there is a flavour out there for all occasions.  This is in partnership with Bon Accord, Fentiman's & Peter Spanton
